Working with people is just as important to me as designing for humans because the question is always: does it make people's lives better?

I thrive in cross-functional and diverse environments with people I can learn and grow together with.

The ability to meet tight deadlines, apply cohesive design thinking, stay relevant, be a skills generalist, cultivate human experiences, produce unique work… These are all part of the job.

But the most important quality for a designer is empathy. With empathy, we can understand our audience, incorporate their needs and desires, and produce work that speaks to them on a human level.
